  • What is your minimum rental period on a rental car?

    Our minimum term is 1 month.

  • What is the required minimum age to rent a car?

    25

  • What happens when the car is due for its service or ITV?

    We will contact you and arrange a replacment vechicle whilst the service or ITV is taking place

  • Do you take a deposit when I rent a car from No Frills?

    Yes €250 – £500 depending on the vehicle and duration of the rental. The deposit is taken at the beginning of the rental and returned by bank transfer when car is returned and checked. It can take up to 14 days before the deposit is paid out.

  • What is the maximum age?

    There is no maximum age.

  • Is the insurance included?

    We have a third part insurance and a roadside assistance that has unlimited mileage.

  • Do you provide a courtesy car if it is needed?

    Yes, we have courtesy cars available (subject to availability)

  • Where do we collect the cars from?

    Manilva

  • Do I pay monthly for my rental car?

    At collection of the car client can pay by card, cash or bank transfer. Any monthly payment needs to be paid with card in our office or in to our business account.

  • Can I take the rental vehicle outside of Spain?

    No, all cars must be kept within Andalucía unless prior written consent is granted by the company.

  • When do I get the deposit back?

    We endeavor to return deposits within 14 business days from your return date to allow us to check for outstanding speeding fines and parking fines.

  • What happens if I breakdown?

    Your policy includes 24-hour breakdown assistance. To contact the breakdown company please call 0034 900 117 117 (Allianz Insurance, the policy is in the name of No Frills Car Renatal SL) if you require an English-speaking operator, then please ask. Stay with the vehicle until the breakdown company arrives to give assistance.

  • Can we collect or return a car, outside of office hours?

    Yes –It is possible there would be an additional fe, however, we prefer between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm.

  • Are windscreen and tyres covered in the rental?

    No.

  • What happens if i get a speeding fine or parking ticket?

    No Frills Car Rental is to be informed about the ticket and the ticket is to be paid without delay by the client.

  • What documents are required?

    We accept all of these forms of documentation, however, driving license and passport are mandatory. Passport, driving license, proof of Spanish address, NIE/National insurance, and an IDP (international driving permit) if required.

  • How old are your cars?

    We provide used and approved second-hand rental cars which are 10 years old and above.

  • Is it unlimited mileage?

    Yes
